St. Leon Town Meeting Issues

At the recent St. Leon Town Board meeting issues around a Redevelopment commission were raised.  Dearborn County is moving forward with their own Redevelopment initiative.  We have made the following documents available to you on line for your review.  You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these files.  Reviewing these files may help those interested to understand why the Town Board is trying to establish their own Redevelopment commission and TIF area.  It appears that if the Town does not move forward on their plans, tax revenues may go to the county rather than the town.
